This policy explains how recurring subscription cancellations, digital access disputes, duplicate charges, and platform-approved refunds are handled on CreatorFarm.

Subscriptions and cancellation timing

Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled through the platform or as otherwise supported by the payment partner flow.
Cancellation generally affects future renewals and does not usually reverse the current paid billing period unless required by law or approved under a platform exception.
A cancellation request should be made before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge.

Refund approach for digital access

Memberships, subscriptions, and digital access are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or made available, except where required by law or approved after review.

CreatorFarm may consider refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, clear technical failures, or other verified exceptions.

Unauthorized transactions, disputes, and abuse

Users should promptly report unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, failed unlocks, or technical access issues to billing@creatorfarm.in.
We may investigate refund requests, request supporting information, and consult payment partners before issuing any refund decision.
Refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or misuse of support channels may lead to account restrictions, loss of access, or further review.

Timelines and re-credit

Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment source, subject to payment partner processes and banking timelines.

Target review and refund processing timelines may vary by payment method, bank, settlement status, and dispute conditions. We share the applicable processing timeline during refund review and confirmation.
