What is CreatorFarm?

How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely and access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
When do creators receive payouts?
Payouts are released after settlement, verification, and applicable review or hold periods.
Billing, refunds, and payout timing
Are subscriptions recurring?
Yes. Memberships generally renew automatically until cancelled, subject to plan terms and payment method support.
Is KYC required?
Yes. Creators must complete KYC before withdrawals.
Are payments refundable?
Digital purchases and memberships are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases as per policy.
Safety, support, and creator compliance
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through approved payment partners. We also use compliance, fraud, and review controls to protect the platform and its users.
What content is not allowed?
Pornography, explicit sexual services, unsafe minor-related content, illegal activity, fraud, harmful deepfakes, hate, violence, gambling, weapons, narcotics, and other prohibited categories are not allowed.
What documents may creators need?
Creators may be asked for identity, bank, PAN, GST, business, or additional compliance documents depending on their activity and payout requirements.
How do I report abuse or contact support?
