CreatorFarm respects copyrights, trademarks, brand rights, and other intellectual property. This policy explains the ownership position for user content and the obligations users take on when uploading material to the platform.

Ownership and platform license
Users generally retain ownership of the content they lawfully create and upload.
By uploading content, you grant CreatorFarm a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use the content as needed to operate and protect the platform.
User promises and restrictions
You must own the content or have the legal rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required to publish it.
You must not upload infringing, counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized material.
You must not misuse trademarks, branding, names, or likenesses in a misleading way.
Repeat infringement
Users or creators who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing material may face content removal, account restrictions, payout holds, suspension, or permanent termination.
